Stella Artois Sensorium

A dinner that reimagined experiential immersion.

Inspired by Stella Artois’ iconic chalice, Mosaic envisioned an entirely new way to dine — five courses, designed to isolate and elevate the senses.

Under the canopy of a projection dome, guests were immersed in a multi-sensorial journey, curated by expert creative partners.

Leading with PR, we launched in the build up to The Toronto International Film Festival, which drove national reach and sold out tickets almost overnight.

Behind The Scenes

The true success of any major project is the behind the scenes story of bringing it to life.

Developed over two years and brought to life through the combined efforts of agencies in Canada and the US, operational consultants, curatorial partners and expert suppliers, Sensorium is as much of an operational case study as it was an experiential “first” for its time.
